The chat froze -- what should I do?

Short answer: Refresh the page. Your chat autosaves, so you will not lose what is written.

If the chat stops responding, do not panic -- your progress is safely stored. Try this in order:

  • Refresh the page or reopen wa4u.ai.
  • Wait 10-15 seconds after refreshing; the chat will reload automatically.
  • If it stays frozen, log out and log back in.
  • Still stuck? Try another browser or restart your device.

If none of this helps, contact us through Help -> "Report a problem." Include what you were doing when it froze (for example, "I switched coaches" or "I sent a long message") -- it helps us pinpoint the bug faster.
