Sensitive categories:
- We never ask for or store government ID numbers, diagnostic labels, or location-level GPS.
- Conversations with AI coaches are stored anonymously for training, quality, and safety review.

- To personalize your AI coach experience (for example, suggest relevant tools, maintain session context)
- To improve coach responses and platform design through anonymized usage analysis
- To trigger safety checks (for example, flag potential self-harm language)

We never:

3. Data Sharing & Processors
We use trusted third-party vendors for specific infrastructure needs (e.g., secure cloud hosting, error logging, analytics). These partners process your data only under strict contractual terms, including:

- Onboarding data: kept for as long as you have an active account or for 12 months of inactivity
